As a personal trainer and a chef, we understand just how important nutrition is. We understand that what you put in your body is the first and best way to affect the way you feel, the way you look, and how much energy you have on a given day. In my field, I’m always searching for ways to increase my client’s standard of living and long term health, so I began this vegan journey with a healthy amount of skepticism and a willingness to go all in.
The following month my husband, Chef Harold, who suffers from high blood pressure and a genetic predisposition to certain heart conditions, joined me on my journey. Within a month Harold’s blood pressure came back into normal ranges and my skepticism had been erased.
