Health and fitness has always been an interest of mine, but overcoming our limitations is really what drives me. I’m in it for those visceral, life-changing moments like when my client avoids knee surgery, lowers high blood pressure, or can quit prescribed medications.

That passion for transformational health comes from changes in lifestyle, not just quick results. A good coach can get you to your goals, a great coach can change the way you think about your goals. By coupling training with massage therapy, strategic planning, and habit building we can fold in health and fitness into a lifestyle you already love.

I am a licensed a massage therapist and a certified personal trainer. I also have specific certifications and specialties in functional fitness, injury prevention, and athletic training.
I have helped empower countless clients to take back control of their bodies.
